Heidsieck & Co Monopole is one of the oldest and prestigious houses of Champagne region. It was founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck in 1785.

In the beginning of the last century the company was one of the leaders in the global champagne market and was supplying its products to a Russian tsar. In 1911 the King of England George V proclaimed Heidsieck & Co Monopole the official supplier of Champagne to the British crown.

Heidsieck is light-yellow champagne with flashes of Parisian green. Flavour is bright and full bodied, slightly woody, spicy, with floral notes of red fruits, nuts and toasted breads.
