Bombay Sapphire is considered as one of the best gins in the world, it is produced by an old recipe of 1761 and differs from other gins by its unique process of distillation and bland of ingedients.

For production of Bombay Sapphire dry gin plants are selected from various regions, which have ideal condition for their ripening: Saxony - angelica root, Spain - bitter almonds and lemon peel, Morocco - coriander, Indonesia - the root of cubeb, West Africa - Grains of Paradise, China - licorice, Tuscana - juniper berries.
